- Working on 22FDX technology - RF devices engineering activities.
- Drive device characterization and data analysis to improve device performance and technology development.
- Perform on-wafer RF, large-signal, and DC measurements, while contributing to the automation of measurement benches to improve efficiency and repeatability.
- Support device layout activities and help connect layout, measurement, and analysis results within the device engineering flow.
- Worked on PCB layout of RF Matrix Board using ADS.
- Released active and hybrid load & source pull measurement bench work.

- Implemented pulse-modulated hybrid load-pull system with programmable impedance tuners and active injection, including harmonic frequencies.
- Implemented RF switch device’s harmonics measurement bench under VSWR 10:1 load condition by applying active LP method.
- Automated the measurement benches using FDCS and MATLAB.
- Analyzed results using TIBCO Spotfire and Python.

- Implemented vector-receiver load-pull system with programmable impedance tuners.
- Investigated the maximum possible VSWR limit.
